Yes, it's still here! I know that with the many, many Goodbye parties that were thrown in the past two years people were unsure of the fate of our beloved Cat's Eye. With construction for the Goldring Centre officially underway, the Cat's Eye has had to vacate it's former site of glory and move in to the Birge Carnegie Reading Room. It's a different kind of atmosphere, but it's still The Cat's Eye where it counts: we've got pool, music, foozball, pinball, and the nintendo consoles we all love so much—and yes that includes multiple ways to play Smash Bros. Need I say more?).
This year The Cat's Eye is hoping to take advantage of the change of space and host various kinds of events (such as open mics, pub quiz, &c). If you have any cool ideas or would be interested in collaborating, please contact us at manager@thecatseye.ca.
Aside from that, please come and chill in the new Cat's Eye in Birge Carnegie anytime between 11am and 11pm. Really. We'd like to make some new friends.

Located in the basement of the Wymilwood Building, The Cat's Eye is Victoria University in the University of Toronto's student pub and lounge space.
We have a wealth of leather couches and comfy armchairs, two pool tables, a foosball table, a pinball machine, DDR, a projector for video games and movies, speedy wireless, and more! Stop by anytime between 11am and 11pm on weekdays. Play some pool, ask a subcommittee member to toss a movie on the big screen, or just sit around and chill. It's your space! Use it!
